Acceptance requirements

A foreign-invested partnership company may make a filing when all of the following conditions are met:

1. There is an alteration in the company’s registration items;

2. Where the filing of the company’s items must be reported for approval in accordance with the law, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, and has been approved by the relevant licensing authorities; and

3. Where all partners or the specified persons agreed in the partnership contract have made a decision.
