The Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center near Shenzhen North Railway Station is a government-funded platform supporting young entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Macao.

Located in Huide Building, the center covers nearly 6,600 square meters on the 12th and 13th floors and parts of the 26th and 29th floors. It includes maker spaces, incubation spaces and other functional areas, and began operations on Jan. 7, 2021.

One of the center’s key advantages is its location. It connects directly with Shenzhen North Railway Station, a major transport hub in the city, with high-speed rail services reaching Hong Kong West Kowloon in as little as 18 minutes.

The center also benefits from dedicated support policies covering project introduction and establishment, talent development, innovation and entrepreneurship, intellectual property use and protection, and related services.

Drawing on Longhua’s strong industrial base, it supports resource matching and the incubation and growth of entrepreneurial projects. It also works with other Hong Kong and Macao youth innovation and entrepreneurship bases across the district, forming a network centered on the center.

Resident teams and companies have access to modern, smart office facilities, government services and supporting amenities, together with one-stop incubation services covering different stages of business development.

The center has been recognized by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission as a municipal-level maker space and by the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau as a Shenzhen Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base.
