Located at the east square of Shenzhen North Railway Station, the Shenzhen North Railway Station International Service Center provides practical assistance to international travelers arriving in Longhua.
The center offers multilingual consultation and translation, guidance on policies and local services, bilingual information about Shenzhen and Longhua, and displays of products from local technology companies. Volunteers are supported by real-time translation devices to assist travelers who speak different languages.
A currency exchange point beside the center allows international visitors to exchange money shortly after arriving at the station.

The center can also direct visitors to other international service facilities in the Shenzhen North Railway Station area. These include the Longhua International Cooperation Center (LICC), which offers access to more than 500 government, business and international services. Its facilities include a multilingual service window covering 43 languages and a dedicated window for APEC Business Travel Card services.
The station center is supported by a multilingual volunteer network comprising public-sector employees, international residents, university students, company employees and community volunteers. Local technology companies have also contributed equipment used at the facility, including AI-powered translation screens.
The facility forms part of a broader network of international services around Shenzhen North Railway Station, one of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s major transport hubs. By bringing essential information and assistance closer to the station, it gives international travelers a convenient first point of contact upon arrival in Shenzhen.
